As we look ahead to 2027 we are excited to offer our first Pilates Retreat. 

Our mission has always been to help you move more, live in optimal health and enjoy the benefits of regular connection with a like-minded community. A dedicated retreat feels like the perfect extension of that. A chance to step away from daily stresses and enjoy "the power of the pause" while diving deeper into our practice together. 

We have designed a beautiful retreat for you in the first dedicated reformer Pilates Villa in the South of France. Perfectly designed with movement sessions by the pool or in the stunning Sea-View Studio overlooking the ocean, punctuating the day with a Longevity inspired menu, an organised Hike and Wine Tour, an afternoon in Saint-Tropez, a Cooking Class or Group games... or simply relaxing by the outdoor pool.  

Villa Higo is a reformer retreat venue that captures the true spirit of the French Riviera, with Sunsets over the Sea and the Islands beyond. 

Offering 9 Double Ensuite rooms, and 3 Twin Rooms, the majority of which have Sea views and a Balcony.
