Pay as you go at £28 per class. Choose Beginner, Intermediate or an Advanced Class depending on your experience and current need. If you're starting out we recommend 3 beginner classes as a minimum before progressing.
Our LongevitySwot starter pack helps you to try out reformer classes at our studio and experience what we're all about. A starter pack gives you 3 classes for £60 (a discounted rate of just £20 per class). We would recommend that these are booked as beginners classes so you can get used to our equipment and teaching style.
Want to save a little but also have flexibility? Our class packs offer a reduced rate for classes. All packs are valid for up to 3 months after your purchase.

One to one's are a great way to start Pilates. Your first one-to-one will include a movement screening and personalised recommendations that can be built on as you decide to continue with private sessions OR join our group reformer sessions. After your screening we'll provide a recommendation regarding which we think is best for you.
Recommended on your first visit, Movement screening allows an assessment of your posture and movement through various different exercises to inform the focus for your pilates programme to reach your goals. After taking some initial lifestyle and health related information from you, you'll be carefully guided and supported through each of the movements so that our practitioners can create personalised recommendations for you. This will include both in-studio and at home exercises to support you.
A personal pilates session using a range of apparatus (reformer, mat, chair, arc, tower etc), informed by movement screening to progress you towards your goals.
